Thoroughly inspect all items immediately upon pickup or delivery to verify that the condition aligns with the auction listing.
Notification Period
Submit a formal return request or dispute claim within 48 hours of receiving your item by contacting our support team via email.
Evidence Submission
Provide clear photographic evidence and a detailed explanation of any discrepancies found between the item and the original auction description.
Resolution Review
Allow our team 3-5 business days to review your claim, after which we will issue a credit, refund, or return authorization if the claim is validated.
